It is important to me that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, if your not happy I'm not happy. You can return jewelry items up to 14 days after you receive it, as long as it is unworn and in original condition with original packaging for a full refund; or store credit towards any other jewelry.

While our policies are firm we will do everything we can to make sure your experience is a positive one.

Shipping and handling costs are automatically added for anywhere in the USA. Sent by United States Postal Service (USPS) priority mail. I cannot refund the shipping and handling charges.

Orders must be shipped to a billing address.

At this time we do not do International shipping.

If for some reason your jewelry is found to be defective (from shipping) please notify me right away, I will gladly repair it at no charge to you. The customer will be responsible for the cost of mailing returned products. Please contact me before returning your item, when doing so, please include your name, email, item descriptions, and photo and reason for returning it.
